The Sun fast 30 One Design National Championships will be hosted by Cherbourg Yacht Club from the 3rd - 7th September. This new class of yacht looking to grow as it is now home to the Double Handed Offshore World Champs (DHOC).

Over the four days a series of inshore races and one 24 hour race will make up the event. What could be a challenging event as this region of north western France sees some of the strongest tidal currents in the world.

This event I will be sailing with co-skipper Megan Thomson. Leading up to the DHOC this events will be a great advantage for us to learn the boat and sail together as a double handed duo!
